404 Error In Weblogic 10.3

Please help me to resolve this. But when I am running the test url (http://:/StoreFrontServiceHooks/StoreFrontService) against the target managed server, I am getting the error 404--not found. From admin server go to "deployments" and then click on adf.oracle.domain(1.0,11.1.1.2.0) select tab targets and then select server on which you wish to deploy application.
