Nov 3 Frequent Disconnects Hello I'm a mac player and I'm experiencing frequent disconnections (4-10 times an hour) and I don't know why. My PS4 and everything else I've tried on this mac so far have been working fine without any disconnection issue and I'm using a wired connection so I think it's safe to assume that its not a problem with my internet service provider. I have tried troubleshooting steps listed on various other past posts here so I'll detail what I've done here: - Reset UI - Tried turning off something in system settings (can't remember what but it was on a page with three other things and it said turning it off may help with disconnection issues.) - Tried logging out and back into blizzard client. - Tried logging closing then reopening wow - Tried turning computer on and off again. If I could get a fix as soon as possible that'd be great! I'm looking to get into mythic plus and maybe some RBG's so this is obviously a problem with it happening so frequently. If it helps the issue seems to happen much more frequently when I'm in an instance. I've been dc'd only a handful of times while questing while I'd say a majority of instances I join I'm disconnected from at least once. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Esos5 Nov 3

IF yours comes in with EL CAPTAIN, you can update it FOR FREE to the 2017 Sierra update - do not worry! Lol.

6d USB Wireless Mouse sporadically unresponsive I have a Macbook Pro 15 inch (2007) running OS 10.14 with the following specs: 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB ram Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB I have a TrippLite USB hub to connect my peripherals (currently just my Verbatim Wireless Mouse and an External Monitor via VGA) since this macbook only has thunderbolt ports. However, when I am playing WoW my mouse will randomly become unresponsive. It doesn't seem to be anything in particular that causes it and the length of time the mouse is unresponsive varies. I have been trying to see if this issue occurs without running WoW, but I can't replicate it. I'm not sure what the issue could be. At first I chalked it up to a crappy mouse (the scroll wheel doesn't work, and Verbatim doesn't support Mac for their mice.... weirdos) but it doesn't have any issues outside of WoW. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated - thank you! A Technical Support Incident (TSI) is a request for code-level support for Apple frameworks, APIs, and tools, and is available to members of the Apple Developer Program, Apple Developer Enterprise Program, and MFi Program. Submit a TSI if you cannot fix a bug, have trouble implementing a specific technology, or have other questions about your code. Your incident will be assigned to a Developer Technical Support engineer who can help troubleshoot your code or investigate possible workarounds to fast-track your development. Support is provided in English via email, typically within three business days.
Much like Apple handles support calls over the phone, soon only customers within their warranty period will be able to access online chat support through getsupport.apple.com for free. For others, Apple will charge what it refers to as a “pay per incident” fee or require the purchase of an extended warranty through AppleCare. Previously all online support chat features were available for free to users worldwide. Some users might have noticed back in August when Apple revamped its support sites that it started listing a $19.99 per incident fee for chat support. However, up until now AppleCare hasn’t actually been charging users to access the feature.
