I have been experiencing terrible customer service waiting over 45 plus minutes on hold for assistance on the top of apple taking money from my credit card on file without any purchase being made. While Apple make nice products their customer service assistant is one of the worse I have ever deal with in my life and makes me change my mind about their products. They need serious improvement on their customer service assistances when customers call their number. Terrible experience and very frustrating.

4d Looking for New Mac I've been using an Early mid-2012 macbook pro and played wow since 2015. Now it's 2018, and this computer is ridiculously old. Contrary to what people say, you can still run between the 1-3 settings, providing you don't mind the occasional crash here or there... but I have no idea how long it will last. I need a new mac. I've been wanting to buy a 2015 model, but they're hard to find now. I'm not pleased on 2016-2018 models with the magsafe removal, keyboard layout (dust is apparently a nightmare to remove from underneath), the forceful use of thunderbolts and a third-party adapter (if I want to use a charger, wireless mouse, and earbuds at once). I know macs aren't the most viable computer to use for gaming, but I've never run into virus problems. It also feels more user-friendly and fluid. This product has been awesome so far. Was very easy to set up, and it works a lot faster then my windows does on the poor internet service we have. Unfortunately, on my first day of testing, I ran into a bug that nearly prevented me from arranging calls. At first, it just seemed like a mistake; on the page where you enter your name, email address and phone number, the last field didn't have the words "phone number," though all the others were properly labeled. Ignoring this, I filled in my information. But then, I got an error reading, "We're unable to schedule your call. Please try again or choose a different solution."
