6d Game unhides itself Hi everyone, For the past week or two (probably since the original 8.0 patch, but maybe one of the minor updates since then) I've had an issue where the game will sometimes unhide itself. What I mean by this is that I can press Cmd-H as usual to hide the game and show the desktop, but then a short time later the game may reactivate itself as if I'd clicked its dock icon. If I use Cmd-Tab, therefore keeping the game visible, then this issue does not occur. Has anyone else run into this? I'm on 10.12.6 with a GTX 960.Melcene12 6d

On Tuesday 9 th January was on hold for almost 30 minutes finally got a representative from tech support named Chanelle, 2 mins into the conversation and of telling her the situation it seemed that she did not have the patience to help didn’t say anything and just hung up, gave her the benefit of the doubt just maybe it was a drop call but she never called back. Still on the phone again waiting for over another 30 Mins on for another representative. Apple for being such a expensive product has very poor customer service and responses to calls aren’t efficient not professional at all

Nov 5 WoW page on Battle.net launcher is blank Since yesterday, the World of Warcraft page on my Blizzard Battle.net launcher has gone blank. I have no options, no ability to select region/account, and no "Play" button. I still have the bar with "Games", "Social", etc. at top, and I can select other games (which all have launcher pages that work fine) but when I select "World of Warcraft" the bulk of the window goes empty, without even a game logo. The standard background for Battle of Azeroth is still present, but much darker than before, as though there's a slightly translucent black overlay on top of it. Quitting and restarting the launcher hasn't fixed the problem, nor has rebooting my computer. I can still launch World of Warcraft manually and I have no current need to adjust options or change my account settings. Also, a game update occurred yesterday evening after this problem started, so I know those are still working. So this isn't an urgent issue, but I'm still concerned. Any tips about how I might fix this? I'll also note that I haven't been seeing any news links on ANY of the individual game pages for several months, and still don't. I can still see news by clicking on the "News" page at the top of the window, so that hasn't been a problem.Ismat6 Nov 5

Nov 12 Insufficient Disk Space Hi, I'm playing on a Macbook Pro with a very small SSD and only had about ~10 GB of disk space on the SSD that WoW is installed on. However, starting today whenever WoW is open, this space is rapidly depleted and wow freezes when this is complete. I am sure this is related to WoW since this space is returned a few minutes after I close WoW and bnet. Thanks for any help!Ayrithialya4 Nov 12

These bogus Tech Support alerts are shown in such a way as to trick the user into thinking their computer has crashed or that a virus has been detected on the computer. It does this to try and scare the infected user into calling one of the listed numbers in order to receive support. In reality, though, they will only be greeted with people who are trying to sell them unneeded support contracts and services.
More than that, Travis took my list of "fix its" and walked through my small business info/tech from a management perspective.  He quickly, systematically optimized my systems, step-by-step -- and now my online scheduling, calendaring, contact management, backups, data storage are all simplified and running better.  Travis also suggested steps we can take in the future to get my technology running more simply and efficiently, too.  He offered his guidance with a light touch - kind & with a sense of humor, too.

I simply can't say enough about Shiva and his staff at Marin Mac Tech. My main design computer (27" i7) had a hard drive meltdown... and although I back up all client files to my server, there was a ton of stuff on the i7 that hadn't been backed up. Shiva worked miracles and was able to recover most of the data, and got me up and running quickly with a new SSD drive installed with the latest OS X. I'm telling you, if you need a company that knows its $hit and can get the job done for a reasonable cost, Shiva and Marin Mac Tech is the place to go. I'm having them come upgrade my server next week! Five Stars!

Then there is the other part of the MBP with the packages that are sent to your computer without your knowledge that they contain emedded URLs. A collection of the URLs revealed to me the real Apple Cloud is a small group of servers in the Netherlands, not owned by Apple, that get your Cloud data. So if you don't mind your personal data in the cloud going to the Netherlands that should be OK, but of course, Apple won't admit that either.
5d Crashing if I minimize or switch windows Hello, Whenever I switch screens or minimize wow at all, when I come back the came has completely crashed (mouse turns into the little spin wheel). I then need to force quit the program and restart it. I have tried to reset my game options on the Blizzard app, does anyone have any other suggestions for me about how I can remedy this? Much like Apple handles support calls over the phone, soon only customers within their warranty period will be able to access online chat support through getsupport.apple.com for free. For others, Apple will charge what it refers to as a “pay per incident” fee or require the purchase of an extended warranty through AppleCare. Previously all online support chat features were available for free to users worldwide. Some users might have noticed back in August when Apple revamped its support sites that it started listing a $19.99 per incident fee for chat support. However, up until now AppleCare hasn’t actually been charging users to access the feature.
