Nov 7 PTR Wont launch. So for the last week when ptr was down, I've been able to launch the ptr client and check. But after the recent build update, the game simply won't launch, either through the desktop client or through opening the game itself from the install folders. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and now I don't have the same ability to open through the folders as before, it seems the ptr client just didn't download when I reinstalled? I've scanned for repairs and it says that its fine, the game is up to date, but it just won't open. Any thoughts to what might be doing this?Yuleí1 Nov 7

6d Game unhides itself Hi everyone, For the past week or two (probably since the original 8.0 patch, but maybe one of the minor updates since then) I've had an issue where the game will sometimes unhide itself. What I mean by this is that I can press Cmd-H as usual to hide the game and show the desktop, but then a short time later the game may reactivate itself as if I'd clicked its dock icon. If I use Cmd-Tab, therefore keeping the game visible, then this issue does not occur. Has anyone else run into this? I'm on 10.12.6 with a GTX 960.Melcene12 6d
Don't rely on it being preserved. Many repairs require Apple to replace or reformat the hard disk, which will result in the loss of your data. Please make sure you back up your data on a regular basis to minimize your data loss. Still, to buy AppleCare+ after the fact you generally have to run a diagnostic test on the device in question, so Apple knows it’s in good working order. And no matter when you buy your AppleCare+ plan, the coverage starts from the day you bought your device. So you don’t get an “extra” two months of coverage if you wait two months to buy the plan.

When released in October 2010, the 13" model's screen resolution was higher than the average 1366x768 screens of similar sized laptops. However, by mid-2013, with many premium Ultrabooks having high resolution screens (1080p or greater) as standard or upgrades, the MacBook Air has been increasingly criticized for sticking with a low-resolution screen. Many in the tech community had expected Apple to release a MacBook Air with Retina Display by mid-2013, similar to the MacBook Pro Retina which came out in 2012. The October 2013 refresh of the 13" MacBook Pro Retina, with a slimmer chassis and a lower price point, was mentioned as a potential MacBook Air alternative as the battery life is not much shorter while not being considerably bulkier. Apple released an entry-level version of the 13" MacBook Pro on October 27, 2016, which was specifically targeted towards MacBook Air users.
Nov 1 Wow Freezing Hello everyone, I was just in a battleground and as soon as I got into a fight WoW freezed and I had to force quit it. When I joined back in, the game freezed again as soon as I got into a fight. This happened for other 2 times more. I am playing from the new Macbook pro 2018, High Sierra and I've never experienced anything like this up until today. Do any of you know what's going on?Eathiel0 Nov 1
Nov 11 10-18 FPS When Fighting Raid Boss Can someone explain to me why am I able to get around 60 fps steadily out in the open world and dungeons, but in Uldir on boss fights my fps drastically drops down to 10-18 fps? BTW I'm playing on the lowest graphic settings in the system menu for Raids. If I'm able to play modern games on my bootcamp partition on Ultra settings and get a steady 60 fps if not more, then darn I should be able to play a game that's over 10 years old, or at least you would think. I have had my eyes on a Macbook for the longest time now but that pricing at Best Buy (no different than the Apple Store) was just too much for a 13" & on top of that, there's the tax! I hadn't even thought about buying it online but it hit me one day to look on Amazon and I am SO glad that I did. The pricing for the exact same product here in store (and without tax!) is CHEAPER. I saved SO much money buying this Macbook here on Amazon and I do NOT regret this purchase one bit! I DID think about it a lot and read every last review and looked at all the product pictures (which were all good) and I'm glad to say that I also got a BRAND NEW PACKAGED BY APPLE MACBOOK AIR 13.3 INCH LAPTOP! It was sealed shut in the original Apple packaging brand new! Everything is running smoothly, no problems whatsoever (though I am VERY nervous of leaving a scratch or something on it so I bought a rubberized case & carrying case to keep it safe & looking new!)
Nov 5 Camera Control with Mac Trackpad On my old MacBook Air that I just retired because it can't do Metal, I could swivel the camera viewpoint around by scrolling three fingers on the trackpad. So I could "fly" around and view my toon from all sides, look up to the sky or behind me. Using 2 fingers controlled zoom (in and out). On my brand new MacBook Pro, the 2-finger thing still works to zoom in and out, but I can't seem to find whatever setting will let me swivel around to take in the whole landscape. Note that if I PRESS with 2 fingers, I can AIM my character. This works somewhat as long as they aren't flying or in motion. On a flight path it doesn't hurt anything. But I can't swing around to see them from the front as they turn to wherever I point. How do I get my 3-finger scroll back so I can view the wide world in 360 degrees?Drozil1 Nov 5
