A Technical Support Incident (TSI) is a request for code-level support for Apple frameworks, APIs, and tools, and is available to members of the Apple Developer Program, Apple Developer Enterprise Program, and MFi Program. Submit a TSI if you cannot fix a bug, have trouble implementing a specific technology, or have other questions about your code. Your incident will be assigned to a Developer Technical Support engineer who can help troubleshoot your code or investigate possible workarounds to fast-track your development. Support is provided in English via email, typically within three business days.

5d 10.14.1 & Spaces & WoW I mentioned in pervious post how 10.14 had major issues with WoW when playing in Fullscreen (Windowed) mode with spaces where if you didnt fully go into a space you were swapping to and back to WoW the game would go into a forever suspended state (spinning beach ball). This could be "fixed" by going fully into the space you were swapping to and going back to WoW which would cause it to resume. 10.14.1 makes this completely worse. Now if you swap to a new space from WoW partially or completely the game will suspend and not come out of it. Avoid this upgrade if you need to use spaces while playing WoW. (again this happens in Fullscreen (Windowed Mode)....it is not occuring in window mode) I dont know if this is a blizzard issue or apple issue but Ive mentioned this a few times now previously and lack of response here from blizzard seems to indicate they dont seem to see this as any of their concern so we are probably stuck with this for a long while. EDIT - After some playing around Ive managed to narrow this issue even further. It seems related somehow to the method of swapping spaces. If I have enabled in my mouse preferences under "More Gestures" to "Swipe between full-screen apps - Swipe left or right with two fingers" and use that method to swap from WoW to new spaces I experience the hang ups. If I disable that and use only the option below that which says: "Mission Cotrol - Double tap with two fingers" to bring up spaces I am not getting the suspended WoW behavior as with the other.Bermy25 5d
6d USB Wireless Mouse sporadically unresponsive I have a Macbook Pro 15 inch (2007) running OS 10.14 with the following specs: 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB ram Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB I have a TrippLite USB hub to connect my peripherals (currently just my Verbatim Wireless Mouse and an External Monitor via VGA) since this macbook only has thunderbolt ports. However, when I am playing WoW my mouse will randomly become unresponsive. It doesn't seem to be anything in particular that causes it and the length of time the mouse is unresponsive varies. I have been trying to see if this issue occurs without running WoW, but I can't replicate it. I'm not sure what the issue could be. At first I chalked it up to a crappy mouse (the scroll wheel doesn't work, and Verbatim doesn't support Mac for their mice.... weirdos) but it doesn't have any issues outside of WoW. Any ideas on how I can troubleshoot this would be greatly appreciated - thank you! (I tried to make this post a few minutes ago but it seems to have been deleted, not sure why. sorry for any confusion!)Monkman1 6d

This easy-to-use, self-paced program includes training materials and extensive information from Apple’s own technical library. Most important, the service training curriculum was developed by the people who know Apple products best.
Nov 5 Video Freezes When Tabbed Out Yesterday I "upgraded" to Mojave. While I am playing the game, if I tab out for any reason--be it with the 4-finger swipe to another tab, or any of the launch-type buttons--the game video stops working in the background, and the Beach Ball spins. The audio continues to work, and it seems like the game continues to play, as I often tab out between flight paths, and when i reboot the game, I am at the destination flight path. 15" Late-2014 Retina MBP 10.14 Mojave 2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2048 MB 512GB SSD EDIT: Playing in Windowed Fullscreen Mode.Moleqular24 Nov 5
If you cannot switch from the unresponsive app, press Command + Option + Shift + Esc for three seconds to force it to quit. This key combination tells macOS to force quit the front-most app.Alternatively, if you are using Safari or any other browser, you can disconnect your Internet, then open the web browser, navigate from the malicious web page, then reconnect to the Internet.
The scammer will typically attempt to get the victim to allow remote access to their computer. After remote access is gained, the scammer relies on confidence tricks typically involving utilities built into Windows and other software in order to gain the victim’s trust to pay for the supposed “support” services, when the scammer actually steals the victim’s credit card account information.
Nov 3 Frequent Disconnects Hello I'm a mac player and I'm experiencing frequent disconnections (4-10 times an hour) and I don't know why. My PS4 and everything else I've tried on this mac so far have been working fine without any disconnection issue and I'm using a wired connection so I think it's safe to assume that its not a problem with my internet service provider. I have tried troubleshooting steps listed on various other past posts here so I'll detail what I've done here: - Reset UI - Tried turning off something in system settings (can't remember what but it was on a page with three other things and it said turning it off may help with disconnection issues.) - Tried logging out and back into blizzard client. - Tried logging closing then reopening wow - Tried turning computer on and off again. If I could get a fix as soon as possible that'd be great! I'm looking to get into mythic plus and maybe some RBG's so this is obviously a problem with it happening so frequently. If it helps the issue seems to happen much more frequently when I'm in an instance. I've been dc'd only a handful of times while questing while I'd say a majority of instances I join I'm disconnected from at least once. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Esos5 Nov 3

Nov 11 Screen sleep -> WoW dies I've noticed that when I go AFK long enough that the screen is put to sleep, upon waking up, WoW is unresponsive. It's not even possible to alt-tab out or force quit it. I have to try to keyboard restart the Mac and wait for WoW to fail to force quit. This never happened with true fullscreen, because that mode prevented the screen from sleeping.Azreluna4 Nov 11
I simply can't say enough about Shiva and his staff at Marin Mac Tech. My main design computer (27" i7) had a hard drive meltdown... and although I back up all client files to my server, there was a ton of stuff on the i7 that hadn't been backed up. Shiva worked miracles and was able to recover most of the data, and got me up and running quickly with a new SSD drive installed with the latest OS X. I'm telling you, if you need a company that knows its $hit and can get the job done for a reasonable cost, Shiva and Marin Mac Tech is the place to go. I'm having them come upgrade my server next week! Five Stars!
This product has been awesome so far. Was very easy to set up, and it works a lot faster then my windows does on the poor internet service we have. It has met all my expectations, and I love the fact I got 5 years apple tech with it. Thanks HSN for the great offer, and the chance to finally own a Mac. For me apple program is a lot easier to work with. A lot less fuss and waiting on programs to open and web pages to load.
At the launch of the MacBook Air in January 2008, Apple claimed it to be the thinnest laptop in the world. While this was true of laptops on sale at the time, the 2003 Sharp Actius MM10 Muramasas was thinner at some points than the Macbook Air, being 0.54 inches (14 mm) thick at its minimum. It, like the MacBook Air, was a tapered design, with a maximum height of 0.78 inches (19.8 mm) —slightly thicker than the MacBook Air — shown above as 0.76 inches (19.3 mm). The Sony Vaio X505, released in 2004, had a minimum thickness of 0.38 inches (10 mm) and a maximum of 0.8 inches (20.3 mm).
Steve Jobs introduced the first MacBook Air during a speech at his keynote at the 2008 Macworld conference held on January 15, 2008. The first-generation MacBook Air was a 13.3"-only model, initially promoted as the world's thinnest notebook (1.94cm MacBook may be compared with 1.98cm for a previous record model, 2005's Toshiba Portege R200). It featured a custom Intel Merom CPU and Intel GMA graphics. In late 2008, the CPU was updated to a faster, non-custom Penryn CPU and integrated Nvidia GeForce graphics while the hard drive capacity was increased and the micro-DVI video port was replaced by the Mini DisplayPort. A mid-2009 refresh, introduced alongside the MacBook Pro family, featured a slightly higher-capacity battery, and a faster Penryn CPU.
Apparently Apple owns this blog page because is certainly doesn't portray the truth about Apple customer service. I bought my first and last apple product a year ago an IPad Air 2. I had a variety of issues with shutting down instantly, the power cord failed after six months, I was told I had to buy a new printer if I wanted to print using the IPad. Customer service was useless each time I called which was many. I believe Apple deletes most negative reviews from the web and portrays a false perception that Ipads are prefect and loved by everyone. Its total crap!!
