For my second call, I asked about Siri. I opted for waiting music of my choice at 3:03 p.m. and was on the phone with John in New Mexico at 3:05. John, a friendly and to-the-point representative, pulled up the relevant article and walked me through the steps by 3:07 p.m.. He even emailed me a link to the related support page so I could have those steps handy in the future.

Nov 5 Video Freezes When Tabbed Out Yesterday I "upgraded" to Mojave. While I am playing the game, if I tab out for any reason--be it with the 4-finger swipe to another tab, or any of the launch-type buttons--the game video stops working in the background, and the Beach Ball spins. Nov 12 Launcher continually updating Hey all, Since last patch - my launcher has been continually wanting to update the game client. Updates fine, client plays fine. As soon as I exit, the 'PLAY' button switches to 'UPDATE'. Rinse, lather, repeat. I've reset all UI options I've scanned the game files I've rebooted It's really an annoyance at this stage, as it doesn't actually affect game play, other than causing a 45-60 delay in launching, since it has to download patch data, manifests, etc to determine that hey, it's already patched. More than anything, I just wanted to get some visibility to the problem, and if anyone has a workaround/fix I'm all ears.Pyanfir4 Nov 12
I have been experiencing terrible customer service waiting over 45 plus minutes on hold for assistance on the top of apple taking money from my credit card on file without any purchase being made. While Apple make nice products their customer service assistant is one of the worse I have ever deal with in my life and makes me change my mind about their products. They need serious improvement on their customer service assistances when customers call their number. Terrible experience and very frustrating.

The external hard drive ended up being much more complicated, having to be completely dismantled for mechanical malfunction, and when that didn't solve it, Shiva did a time-consuming deep dive to rescue thousands and thousands of photos that would've otherwise been gone forever. Most amazing, after nearly 2 weeks of work on it, it still didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Very, very generous and thoughtful.

Hurray for competent people and a well-run small company!  I went to Yelp to find someone to help me clean up my Mac and advise me on how to improve performance.  I was pretty much expecting to be told my iMac was too old to work with...but no.  Shiva comes exactly on time and says "No problem.  Great machine...just needs extra space".  Hurray!  Also advises on improvements to overall Wifi, etc. that MMT does not receive any profit from, and provides the resources on where to get best price.  When there are the usual followup questions after my Mac has a bigger brain, I get immediate responses to my texts and remote support that gets all straightened out in no time.  I would absolutely recommend them and so glad I made the "preventive" appointment before having a total system crash.  Will follow any advice they provide from now on.

Oct 31 Spec help Hi, The specs on the system requirements page confuse me, because they don't match up to anything on the Apple website. If I bought a basic 27' iMac today, would it be good enough to run the game, or just be bare minimum? Do I need the full boat i7 processor $2500 iMac? Is that even good enough? I have considered PC, but I don't like them. I have always had Macs, always been happy with them. And from what I can tell a PC with required gear will cost as much as a Mac anyway.Sixenn5 Oct 31
