Apparently Apple owns this blog page because is certainly doesn't portray the truth about Apple customer service. I bought my first and last apple product a year ago an IPad Air 2. I had a variety of issues with shutting down instantly, the power cord failed after six months, I was told I had to buy a new printer if I wanted to print using the IPad. Customer service was useless each time I called which was many. I believe Apple deletes most negative reviews from the web and portrays a false perception that Ipads are prefect and loved by everyone. Its total crap!!

NOW, though the product title DOES say that it comes preinstalled with EL CAPTAIN (or whatever), mine already came with the SIERRA update. It had Sierra Version 10.12.3 and in the app store, you can update it (FOR FREE) with the May 2017 recent Sierra 10.12.5 update! IF yours comes in with EL CAPTAIN, you can update it FOR FREE to the 2017 Sierra update - do not worry! Lol.

I have been experiencing terrible customer service waiting over 45 plus minutes on hold for assistance on the top of apple taking money from my credit card on file without any purchase being made. While Apple make nice products their customer service assistant is one of the worse I have ever deal with in my life and makes me change my mind about their products. They need serious improvement on their customer service assistances when customers call their number. Terrible experience and very frustrating.

The call was set up at 9:28 a.m., and I was on the line immediately with Tonya in Idaho. After we joked over our equally poor weather, she attempted to connect to my system remotely but could not do so (likely because of our office firewall).

4d Looking for New Mac I've been using an Early mid-2012 macbook pro and played wow since 2015. Now it's 2018, and this computer is ridiculously old. Contrary to what people say, you can still run between the 1-3 settings, providing you don't mind the occasional crash here or there... but I have no idea how long it will last. I need a new mac. I've been wanting to buy a 2015 model, but they're hard to find now. I'm not pleased on 2016-2018 models with the magsafe removal, keyboard layout (dust is apparently a nightmare to remove from underneath), the forceful use of thunderbolts and a third-party adapter (if I want to use a charger, wireless mouse, and earbuds at once). I know macs aren't the most viable computer to use for gaming, but I've never run into virus problems. It also feels more user-friendly and fluid. If anyone has insight, I'd greatly appreciate it.Ignitheus3 4d

After remote access is gained, the scammer relies on confidence tricks typically involving utilities built into Windows and other software in order to gain the victim’s trust to pay for the supposed “support” services, when the scammer actually steals the victim’s credit card account information.
Then there is the other part of the MBP with the packages that are sent to your computer without your knowledge that they contain emedded URLs. A collection of the URLs revealed to me the real Apple Cloud is a small group of servers in the Netherlands, not owned by Apple, that get your Cloud data. So if you don't mind your personal data in the cloud going to the Netherlands that should be OK, but of course, Apple won't admit that either.
Hurray for competent people and a well-run small company!  I went to Yelp to find someone to help me clean up my Mac and advise me on how to improve performance.  I was pretty much expecting to be told my iMac was too old to work with...but no.  Shiva comes exactly on time and says "No problem.  Great machine...just needs extra space".  Hurray!  Also advises on improvements to overall Wifi, etc. that MMT does not receive any profit from, and provides the resources on where to get best price.  When there are the usual followup questions after my Mac has a bigger brain, I get immediate responses to my texts and remote support that gets all straightened out in no time.  I would absolutely recommend them and so glad I made the "preventive" appointment before having a total system crash.  Will follow any advice they provide from now on.
Nov 4 Classic demo won't launch (solved) I'm having trouble launching the Blizzcon demo client. I've tried multiple reinstalls of the game and also reinstalling the entire Battle.net client, however it seems to stick on "World of Warcraft is performing initial setup of required game files".
