Note: Diagnostic fees may apply for issues not covered under warranty or the AppleCare Protection Plan (APP).

Purchase a single incident of support for help troubleshooting Apple products such as AirPort devices, Apple TV, iPad, iPhone, iPod, or Mac computers; Apple operating systems such as iOS, OS X, or OS X Server (GUI only); Apple-branded consumer apps, such as FaceTime, Find My iPhone, iLife, iTunes, or iWork; or Apple-branded pro apps such as Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro.
No! Well, AppleCare+ plans for iPhone and iPad purchased in the United States and Canada are only valid in the United States and Canada, but other Apple devices (Apple Watch, Mac, iPod, Apple TV, and Apple displays) provide global coverage. Service options do vary between countries, but any AppleCare service is always performed by authorized techs with genuine Apple parts.
You also get up to two incidents of accidental damage coverage for a relatively low service fee. If you’ve only damaged the screen, a screen replacement is only $29. But if the iPhone has other damage, the fee is $99. iPhones are eligible for the Express Replacement Service, letting you request a replacement device in the mail before you send your original damaged device in for repair.
My laptop died awhile back and although I have a Mac desktop and an iPad Mini, the time arrived for me to get a laptop. This time around I chose to get an Apple MacBook to bring all my Apple products together. It's really how they're all connected and share information across devices leaving me not having to send a copy to my email so that I can then open on my iPhone, Apple watch, iPad, or whatever. Now, everything is all connected instantaneously. I'm thrilled I went for the MacBook Air!
Nov 5 Razer Naga wheel-tilt not recognized properly Hi, all. Short version: My Razer Naga 2014 has a wheel-tilt feature that was previously recognized by WoW independent of the scroll and click functions, but WoW now sees the right tilt as scroll up and the left tilt as scroll down and no tweaks I done in-game or in Synapse have corrected the issue. Extra details: I'm running a late '09 iMac with OS 10.9.7. Had the mouse ~3 weeks now, and it also had the issue where modifier keys wouldn't work in conjunction with the mouse buttons in WoW. I also have Synapse downloaded, as mentioned, but have avoided using it as I rather dislike the program. If any other info's necessary, let me know! I posted here as I wasn't sure that it belonged anywhere else, and a half-hour of searching failed to turn up anything useful, forums or otherwise. Thanks in advance.Rhakkash13 Nov 5
I simply can't say enough about Shiva and his staff at Marin Mac Tech. My main design computer (27" i7) had a hard drive meltdown... and although I back up all client files to my server, there was a ton of stuff on the i7 that hadn't been backed up. Shiva worked miracles and was able to recover most of the data, and got me up and running quickly with a new SSD drive installed with the latest OS X. I'm telling you, if you need a company that knows its $hit and can get the job done for a reasonable cost, Shiva and Marin Mac Tech is the place to go. I'm having them come upgrade my server next week! Five Stars!
What does MacTech cover? Each month MacTech provides new content, featuring articles in all areas “tech” related to Apple products (which are all variants of Mac OS X). Just a taste… System administrators, network administrators, IT Pros, and consultants all find MacTech invaluable with articles about solving problems, implementing solutions, or just road testing the latest technologies.
For example, I broke my iPhone 7 screen, and Apple was able to do a same-day screen replacement at the Apple store. I don’t have AppleCare+, so Apple charged me the “full” price for the screen repair, which was $129. But if I’d paid $129 for AppleCare+ ahead of time, the repair would cost me $29. That means I actually paid less for the screen repair out of warranty. But if I broke the same iPhone again within the two years, the second $29 screen repair would put me way ahead.

Nov 11 Screen sleep -> WoW dies I've noticed that when I go AFK long enough that the screen is put to sleep, upon waking up, WoW is unresponsive. It's not even possible to alt-tab out or force quit it. I have to try to keyboard restart the Mac and wait for WoW to fail to force quit. This never happened with true fullscreen, because that mode prevented the screen from sleeping.Azreluna4 Nov 11
These bogus Tech Support alerts are shown in such a way as to trick the user into thinking their computer has crashed or that a virus has been detected on the computer. It does this to try and scare the infected user into calling one of the listed numbers in order to receive support. In reality, though, they will only be greeted with people who are trying to sell them unneeded support contracts and services.

Please make sure you back up your data on a regular basis to minimize your data loss. Systems developers are finding the Apple technologies to be a powerful option for providing network solutions. From a single user, one operating system personal computer, OS X has expanded to serve just about every type of network content available and host multiple operating systems. Powerful system command and scripting languages like Perl and AppleScript allow administrators and users to provide system level solutions in a fraction of the time it would require to develop application level solutions.
To test Apple's live-chat support, I submitted a question about modifying Siri's voice. I received a wait-time estimate of 5 minutes, and after 7 minutes, I was speaking with a rep named Zann. First, Zann walked me through the steps of checking my system version and confirming my device, and then gave me the correct set of steps to find Siri's preferences.
