The 2010 models include two speakers for stereo sound while earlier versions have one speaker located under the keyboard. The 2011 model replaces DisplayPort with a Thunderbolt 1 port, and also has a 1280×720 FaceTime HD Camera, replacing the previous 640×480 iSight camera. The 2012 model replaces USB 2 with USB 3, and uses the MagSafe 2 instead of the MagSafe connector for charging. The 2015 model updated the Thunderbolt port to Thunderbolt 2.

My laptop died awhile back and although I have a Mac desktop and an iPad Mini, the time arrived for me to get a laptop. This time around I chose to get an Apple MacBook to bring all my Apple products together. It's really how they're all connected and share information across devices leaving me not having to send a copy to my email so that I can then open on my iPhone, Apple watch, iPad, or whatever. Now, everything is all connected instantaneously. I'm thrilled I went for the MacBook Air!
Unfortunately, on my first day of testing, I ran into a bug that nearly prevented me from arranging calls. At first, it just seemed like a mistake; on the page where you enter your name, email address and phone number, the last field didn't have the words "phone number," though all the others were properly labeled. Ignoring this, I filled in my information. But then, I got an error reading, "We're unable to schedule your call. Please try again or choose a different solution."
On October 30, 2018, Apple unveiled a redesigned 13.3" MacBook Air model, with a Retina display, Touch ID, Thunderbolt 3, and 3 colors (Silver, Space Gray, and Gold). Nov 5 WoW page on Battle.net launcher is blank Since yesterday, the World of Warcraft page on my Blizzard Battle.net launcher has gone blank. I have no options, no ability to select region/account, and no "Play" button. I still have the bar with "Games", "Social", etc. at top, and I can select other games (which all have launcher pages that work fine) but when I select "World of Warcraft" the bulk of the window goes empty, without even a game logo. The standard background for Battle of Azeroth is still present, but much darker than before, as though there's a slightly translucent black overlay on top of it. Quitting and restarting the launcher hasn't fixed the problem, nor has rebooting my computer. I can still launch World of Warcraft manually and I have no current need to adjust options or change my account settings. Also, a game update occurred yesterday evening after this problem started, so I know those are still working. So this isn't an urgent issue, but I'm still concerned. Any tips about how I might fix this? I'll also note that I haven't been seeing any news links on ANY of the individual game pages for several months, and still don't. I can still see news by clicking on the "News" page at the top of the window, so that hasn't been a problem.Ismat6 Nov 5

Called them and left a message on a Thursday about a month ago.  I also emailed the same day using their website form, indicating the specific issues I was having (model, OS, RAM, etc.).  The next day I got a return call from their admin saying only that someone would come to my house and it would cost $140 ($150?) for an hour.  Told her I had emailed with the specifics, and I asked to speak with a technical person for a few minutes first, to get their view on my issues, whether they could solve it, and if so, how long it might take.  She assured me I would be contacted.  I received no reply to my email and no call.

Nov 3 Frequent Disconnects Hello I'm a mac player and I'm experiencing frequent disconnections (4-10 times an hour) and I don't know why. My PS4 and everything else I've tried on this mac so far have been working fine without any disconnection issue and I'm using a wired connection so I think it's safe to assume that its not a problem with my internet service provider. I have tried troubleshooting steps listed on various other past posts here so I'll detail what I've done here: - Reset UI - Tried turning off something in system settings (can't remember what but it was on a page with three other things and it said turning it off may help with disconnection issues.) - Tried logging out and back into blizzard client. - Tried logging closing then reopening wow - Tried turning computer on and off again. If I could get a fix as soon as possible that'd be great! I'm looking to get into mythic plus and maybe some RBG's so this is obviously a problem with it happening so frequently. If it helps the issue seems to happen much more frequently when I'm in an instance. I've been dc'd only a handful of times while questing while I'd say a majority of instances I join I'm disconnected from at least once. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Esos5 Nov 3
For my second call, I asked about Siri. I opted for waiting music of my choice at 3:03 p.m. and was on the phone with John in New Mexico at 3:05. John, a friendly and to-the-point representative, pulled up the relevant article and walked me through the steps by 3:07 p.m.. He even emailed me a link to the related support page so I could have those steps handy in the future.
