Nov 3 Frequent Disconnects Hello I'm a mac player and I'm experiencing frequent disconnections (4-10 times an hour) and I don't know why. My PS4 and everything else I've tried on this mac so far have been working fine without any disconnection issue and I'm using a wired connection so I think it's safe to assume that its not a problem with my internet service provider. I have tried troubleshooting steps listed on various other past posts here so I'll detail what I've done here: - Reset UI - Tried turning off something in system settings (can't remember what but it was on a page with three other things and it said turning it off may help with disconnection issues.) - Tried logging out and back into blizzard client. - Tried logging closing then reopening wow - Tried turning computer on and off again. If I could get a fix as soon as possible that'd be great! I'm looking to get into mythic plus and maybe some RBG's so this is obviously a problem with it happening so frequently. If it helps the issue seems to happen much more frequently when I'm in an instance. I've been dc'd only a handful of times while questing while I'd say a majority of instances I join I'm disconnected from at least once. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Esos5 Nov 3

If the Messages app is not an option, Apple’s support site has detailed instructions for setting up the Mac for sharing in System Preferences and using alternative screen-sharing methods or iCloud’s Back to My Mac feature (until Back to My Mac is discontinued in the next version of the operating system). If you are remotely trying to configure settings on someone else’s Mac and you both have iOS devices, Apple’s FaceTime video chat app can be helpful for visual cues walking someone through setup steps; Microsoft Skype users can also share screens for visual reference.
5d 10.14.1 & Spaces & WoW I mentioned in pervious post how 10.14 had major issues with WoW when playing in Fullscreen (Windowed) mode with spaces where if you didnt fully go into a space you were swapping to and back to WoW the game would go into a forever suspended state (spinning beach ball). This could be "fixed" by going fully into the space you were swapping to and going back to WoW which would cause it to resume. 10.14.1 makes this completely worse. Now if you swap to a new space from WoW partially or completely the game will suspend and not come out of it. Avoid this upgrade if you need to use spaces while playing WoW. (again this happens in Fullscreen (Windowed Mode)....it is not occuring in window mode) I dont know if this is a blizzard issue or apple issue but Ive mentioned this a few times now previously and lack of response here from blizzard seems to indicate they dont seem to see this as any of their concern so we are probably stuck with this for a long while. EDIT - After some playing around Ive managed to narrow this issue even further. It seems related somehow to the method of swapping spaces. If I have enabled in my mouse preferences under "More Gestures" to "Swipe between full-screen apps - Swipe left or right with two fingers" and use that method to swap from WoW to new spaces I experience the hang ups. If I disable that and use only the option below that which says: "Mission Cotrol - Double tap with two fingers" to bring up spaces I am not getting the suspended WoW behavior as with the other.Bermy25 5d
To the Apple rep here. Worked in IT and hated my monthly rotation when I tested as a cust. supp. level 2 rep. It is stressful and I agree - be prepared to wait or have Apple call back. When I was looking for a job, I considered cust. supp. for a brief time and warned my spouse I'd be stressed out if I took the job, so again, I understand. But I'm a user and this is different.
Nov 5 Razer Naga wheel-tilt not recognized properly Hi, all. Short version: My Razer Naga 2014 has a wheel-tilt feature that was previously recognized by WoW independent of the scroll and click functions, but WoW now sees the right tilt as scroll up and the left tilt as scroll down and no tweaks I done in-game or in Synapse have corrected the issue. Extra details: I'm running a late '09 iMac with OS 10.9.7. Had the mouse ~3 weeks now, and it also had the issue where modifier keys wouldn't work in conjunction with the mouse buttons in WoW. I also have Synapse downloaded, as mentioned, but have avoided using it as I rather dislike the program. If any other info's necessary, let me know! Before rolling out the paid chat support, Apple had to develop a new web payment system that would allow it to accept payments through chat and keep user info secure when transferred between support agents, according to our sources.
